LISA PERRY
Lisa A. Perry is a Senior Financial Manager and Team Lead for Advanced Management Strategy Group’s Defense Health Agency (DHA) Portfolio and Resource Management Division contract.
Her 9-person team provides comprehensive budget and administrative support to the DHA/J-6 Information Management/Information Technology Directorate. She is directly responsible for Preparing the DHA IT budget submission and justifications, totaling $2.9 billion per year, for inclusion in the President’s Budget.
Lisa entered the United States Air Force in 2002, after graduating from Louisiana State University. She received a commission as a top graduate of the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps program. She began her career as a Financial Management Officer at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, followed by acquisition assignments with the Space Based Infrared Systems Program Office, Missile Defense Agency, and Space Superiority Program Office at the Space and Missiles Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California. She entered the Medical Services Corps (MSC) via a competitive category transfer in 2010, and served six tours of duty as a MSC, including two overseas contingency deployments to Afghanistan and one FEMA deployment, where she provided COVID-19 support to the state of Mississippi.
Lisa retired from the active duty Air Force in July of 2023 and began her civilian career with Advanced Management Strategies Group, where she continues support of our nation’s warfighters.
